This impressive villa is situated in a beautiful large garden with an exceptional saltwater swimming pool. The skilful design of the property blends a modern style with definite hints of traditional Thai architecture, particularly in the design of the villa’s striking pitched roof. The property’s interior is equally impressive, and guests are guaranteed a comfortable vacation due to the villa’s luxurious specification. To cater for larger groups, this villa may be rented together with the neighbouring Baan Santi, which can accommodate up to eight people.
The stylish open-plan living area is a very relaxing space. It includes comfortable leather seating, a selection of good quality wood furniture and a baby grand piano. There is also a good range of technology in the form of an international cable TV, a DVD player, and a high-speed wireless internet connection. In fact, WiFi is available throughout the property. The kitchen area is fitted with modern, light wood units and comes complete with a good range of equipment. Guests can also dine in style using the antique teak dining table and chairs, which can sit up to eight people.
Krabi villa has a total of three bedrooms, plus a guest bungalow. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a spacious dressing area and an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor shower. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and bedroom number three has two single beds; these two bedrooms also have their own en-suite bathrooms. This high specification is continued in the guest bungalow, which has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Guests will also be pleased to learn that every bedroom comes complete with its own LCD television, DVD player and air-conditioning.
The exterior of the property also has a great deal to offer guests. The freeform saltwater swimming pool is a stunning feature, and there is an attractive patio area directly beside the pool, which is furnished with sun loungers. Guests may also take pleasure in eating outdoors thanks to the covered al fresco dining area that is furnished with a dining table and chairs that can sit up to eight people.The garden also includes a barbecue and a pétanque ground with its own bar.
