The bungalow is only available to rent in addition to the main villa in order to accommodate larger group of guests. The nightly rate of the bungalow is in addition to the nightly rate of Baan Oriental villa when the guests need an extra bedroom. All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT. The use of the villa‚ its amenities‚ the villa tuk tuk for transfers around Ao Nang‚ maid service and water and electricity expenses are included. Car rental‚ private chef‚ catering staff‚ massage and beauty services are available at an extra charge.
